Thanks for your help with our ABTOT/ ATOL renewals and I am delighted that we have already completed this process by early August (for the September 2022 renewal date). Scuba Travel have been working with ABTOT for a number of years now, enabling us to meet our requirements for our non-flight package holidays. At first the renewal process can seem a bit daunting, however our experience of all the ABTOT team are that they are always willing to listen and point you in the right direction whenever you need it. We’ve been ABTOT members since 2015, we like that they ‘get’ us: as a specialist adventure/activity travel organiser they understand our business and ensure we are compliant with the Regulations but let us get on with running and growing our business. We have recently applied for our first ATOL under their Franchise and found the support and the assistance invaluable – as an ABTOT member we did not have to meet any increased financial conditions for the ATOL as we would had we gone to the CAA direct, and the membership team helped us with the online application.

We joined ABTOT in 2018 having previously used other organisations to comply with the package holiday regulations and ATOL requirements...in all honesty, I wish we had switched to ABTOT earlier.
