Can non-UK travel organisers join ABTOT?
Yes. ABTOT Membership is open to travel organisers based outside the UK who sell to UK consumers and must comply with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
Can ABTOT protect EU sales?
Since Brexit, UK schemes no longer cover EU-based customers. However, our sister company Arcus Solutions, based in France, provides equivalent bonding and surety products across several EU countries.
